Shipping
It depends on where you are. Most orders are processed in 1-2 business days. From there they leave the warehouse to your location. So it depends on the shipping carrier and shipping method.
For parcel shipments we use UPS. We use all major LTL carriers. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Citadel Packaging ships from multiple locations. It's very likely that the rest of your order is on the way. If you haven't received tracking information please call us at (208) 550-3393.
Yes. Dip tubes and bottles don't always match up and customer preferences vary. Minimums do apply and we require customer approval before starting any cutting project.

Yes!!! We highly recommend getting samples before ordering large quantities of any of our products. We offer free samples ($10 shipping applies) of almost all of our products so that you can test them out.
It is the customer’s responsibility to conduct product testing to determine product suitability and compatibility. We are not responsible for consequential damages, indirect damages or loss of profit arising from customer’s selection and use of containers and closures supplied by Citadel Packaging Company.
Orders
To inquire about cancelling an order, please call us at 1-208-550-3393. Generally an order can be cancelled up until the time it has shipped. Please be aware of the following fees that may apply for a cancellation request after order shipment has occurred.
- An order cancellation that is requested prior to the order being prepped for shipping will be cancelled at no charge.
- Any order cancellations requested after the order has been shipped will incur a 20% restocking fee and any applicable shipping fees to return the order to our location.
